The platform processes account details, property and room information, hotel content such as menus and service contacts, and guest-submitted requests. Property teams may choose to publish Wi-Fi information and other guest-facing details in room directories.
How information is used
Information is used to provide the hotelier dashboard, display property directories, support account access, store guest requests, and operate the features configured by a property. Guest-initiated links may open third-party services such as WhatsApp or mapping services.
Property responsibilities
Property teams decide what information to add to guest directories and should publish only details intended for guests. They should avoid adding sensitive personal information to public room pages or request forms.
